I am very happy to offer the dogs listed below at stud, all the boys here are fit healthy and fully health tested with the BVA/KC schemes, they are regular members of picking up teams, as well as very trainable with fabulous temperaments, and are all producing lovely pups, I am more than happy to supply references of these.
With many years experience with stud dogs, handling both my own and other people’s, I am happy to help novice or first time breeders with breeding your bitch, helping you with planning your litter and pointing you in the direction of additional support from vets and or other professionals,
Any bitches visiting must be of good sound temperament
Must be hips scored either with the BVA/KC or ANKC
Must be scored with 0 elbows under the BVA/KC or ANKC scheme
Eye tested with the BVA/KC scheme
18 months of age at minimum and its advise not to have a first litter after 5 years of age unless discussed with your vet and you are fully aware of the risks involved
I am more than happy to help assist new breeders to successfully breeding a litter, from planning which stud dog would suit you best , meeting him if that’s your choice, advising on cytology/progesterone testing, scanning for pregnancy, all the way through to advertising your litter and vetting potential new owners.
The stud boys are very experienced with mating slightly difficult or nervous bitches, the aim being to get your girl successfully mated with as little stress as possible to all involved. ALL matings here are ‘supervised’, they will never be left to “get on with it”
The stud service consists of you visiting once your bitch is ready for mating, and we offer two ‘tied’ matings, ideally 24/48 hours apart. You will recieve a stud contract confirming you have used the dog at stud, this will also include all the details you will need to register the pups, a 5 gen pedigree of the choosen stud dog will also be provided as well as his health test results
If your girl does not conceive, a *free return* is offered on your girls next convenient season (to you), with two further matings. Proof of your bitch not being pregnant must be provided by your vet only.
